We have had pest control for 4 years at our home in Cave Creek.  This is the first exterminator that has actually exterminated scorpions at our home with organic solutions.  They treated the perimeter of our entire yard and the only scorpions that I have seen since have been dead or running in the opposite direction.  Great job. I have used Simply Green for the past 5 years and I am more than pleased with my experience. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating for my schedule. I love that I get text reminders for my upcoming appointments. The technicians are thorough and friendly. Elijah has been our technician for over a year and he is great. I haven't seen any live bugs inside since they've been treating my house every other month. Their pricing is definitely worth the quality of service. Won't be using any other pest control company besides Simply Green.

We needed to find an exterminator so we decided to give west coast pest control a try.  Initially we had the whole house and yard sprayed. Wes stayed and explained everything he was very thorough. About 30 days later we started to see little bugs around the doors.  We called again and Wes was very helpful and he came out same day. We would recommend this company to any one who needs an exterminator.

Hired TruForce to get rid of minor inspect problem and since have not seen one in my house. TruForce gets the job done. Give them a call for you pest control needs.

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

On time, texts prior to arrival. They easily took care of our roof rat problem. Within three weeks, everything was resolved. They still come out every 2 months, and I've never had any problem with pests. They come back out at anytime for no additional charge.

We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. I also worried that if I called the serviceThat check for free they might just come up with bedbugs weather we had them or not to get the extra business. So I checked ahead of time, In the exact same way they had,to make sure that I couldn't see anything. Then I called Arizona he passed services again to come out and check. Remarkably, Austin Peck was the same person who had helped us two years before and remembered us. I was surprised that he had such a good memory and knew exactly where he had solved the problem in the past and what to look for. Fortunately, after he checked, he said we did not have bedbugs and it turned out that I had poison oak from our hiking on our vacation. Because I am now convinced of their honesty and trustworthiness and their ability to get the job done, I recommend this company and specifically, Austin Peck.

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

I called them for termites....good reviews,  right....but 3 weeks later I get an invoice from a different company that has the worst reviews..it 's all very fishy...Departament of Argicilture has been advised ...other guys Environmental Pest & Termite sends the invoice and comes to treat the termites but you actually called Frontino. State law states they have to give you pretreatment plan and that never happened . No paperwork at all and now these other guys want to get paíd... not even Frontino. What  of kind of business are you two running. Beware..

Great service! I had bee hive inside the wall of my house where they couldn't be reached. Had to kill them, sorry, but no other way to solve the problem. Exterminator Ryan was very knowledgeable about the situation and explained in detail how he would take care of it and what to expect. They back their work with longer than usual guarantee. Low price. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

5 stars all around, Duane the Supervisor and Danny the service tech that came out were transparent, on time, very informative and extremely helpful. I initially contacted them with help catching an Attic Rat, they came out the same day and walked me through their plan, put it in place and were able to catch the rat the by the next morning!  

Danny was so helpful in calmly explaining what they're continual plan included and for the price it's a great value. Communication was very fast with them and they kept me informed of when they would arrive as well as even came the next day to dispose of the rat caught in the trap.

If your having any pest issues, just call these guys, they know what they're doing and can help set you up with a prevention plan for any future issues, highly recommended!
